By accessing and using the Lux Vitality website and engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services. Lux Vitality LLC is a medical tourism coordination company, not a medical provider. We coordinate care between patients and independent licensed medical professionals.
Lux Vitality provides medical tourism coordination services that include: specialist introductions and referrals, logistics management and travel arrangement coordination, consultation scheduling with partner clinics, ongoing communication with your treating healthcare provider, and post-procedure follow-up support. We are not a healthcare provider and do not practice medicine, prescribe medications, or perform surgical procedures. All medical decisions are made by you in consultation with your treating physician.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that: you are at least 18 years of age; you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and you are seeking elective, non-emergency cosmetic or wellness procedures. Our services are not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.
All prices are quoted and payable in United States dollars (USD). A deposit of 20–30% of the total package price is required to confirm your procedure date and reserve your surgeon and clinic resources. The remaining balance is due in full seven (7) days prior to your scheduled procedure date. Package prices are guaranteed for thirty (30) days from the date of quote issuance. After 30 days, pricing may be subject to change without notice.
Please refer to our detailed Refund Policy for complete information regarding cancellation procedures, refund timelines, and rescheduling options. In summary: cancellations made 30+ days before your procedure may receive a full deposit refund, while cancellations made closer to your procedure date will result in reduced refunds according to the schedule in our Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lux Vitality's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the coordination fees you have paid to us. Lux Vitality is not liable for: medical outcomes or results; surgical complications or side effects; errors or negligence by our partner physicians and clinics; third-party service failures beyond our control (airlines, hotels, travel companies); personal injury or property damage; indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; or loss of profits or data. You assume all risks associated with medical tourism and any procedures you choose to undergo.
Our partner surgeons, physicians, clinics, and medical facilities are independent healthcare professionals and entities. They are not employees or agents of Lux Vitality. Each healthcare provider maintains full professional and legal responsibility for their medical judgments, treatments, and conduct. Lux Vitality does not supervise or control the medical practice of our partners and is not responsible for their professional decisions or outcomes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with Lux Vitality through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Florida, shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and shall be governed by these Terms. Each party shall bear its own costs and a proportional share of arbitration fees. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.
Lux Vitality reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or a prominent notice on our website at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lux Vitality regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
